For Winemakers, Estates & Importers

Sponsor a Tasting

Vino Cosmo runs moon-aligned biodynamic tastings across London. Every evening starts with what biodynamic actually means and ends with a room of people who can name the producer they just drank. If you make wine this way, this is a room worth being in.

Why This Room

Who Is Drinking Your Wine

Ten guests per tasting, seated at one table, phones out. They booked a ticket specifically to learn about biodynamic wine, which means they arrive curious rather than sceptical. Most of them have never heard of you. By the end of the evening they can tell you where your vineyard is and what your soil is made of.

Ten is deliberate. It is small enough that every guest gets the full story of your wine and can ask about it, which is not true of a room of forty.

Told Properly

Every wine gets a guided introduction: the producer, the farming, the terroir, why it suits the moon phase we are drinking under. Not a shelf-talker. Ten minutes of actual context.

One Table

Ten guests, seated together, no competing stands. Every person in the room hears the whole story of your wine, and nobody is comparing you to the forty producers either side.

Carried Online

Every tasting is documented across Instagram, TikTok and The Cosmic Pour. The Biodynamic Winery Spotlight is one of the best-performing formats on the account.

The Offer

Three Ways to Pour With Us

No sponsorship fee, in either direction. You send the wine, we pour it properly, and the room leaves able to name the producer they just drank. Start with one bottle on the table or build a whole season around your estate.

The Pour

One Wine · One Tasting

Send two bottles

The smallest way in. One wine, one moon tasting, and a section of the evening built around it.

  • Your wine poured and introduced to a table of ten guests
  • Your producer story told in the guided tasting, with your farming explained properly
  • One Instagram feed post plus Stories on the night, tagging your account
  • Named in The Cosmic Pour newsletter recap
  • Your wine on the post-event wine list, with a link for guests to buy it
2 bottles No fee. One to pour, one spare.

The Evening

A Whole Tasting · Built Around You

Send six bottles

The full evening belongs to your portfolio. Three to four of your wines, one producer, start to finish.

  • Everything in The Pour
  • Three to four of your wines poured across the full tasting
  • Your name on the event listing, ticket page, and all event promotion
  • Content package: one Reel, one carousel, one recap post, plus photography you can reuse
  • Featured placement in the Vino Cosmo Directory
6 bottles No fee. Four wines, plus two spares.

Season Partner

Six Tastings · One Lunar Season

Six evenings, one estate

A run of six tastings across half a year, with your wines threaded through the whole programme.

  • Everything in The Evening, across six tastings
  • Named as a Vino Cosmo Season Partner on the site, in every newsletter, and on event materials
  • A Biodynamic Winery Spotlight carousel dedicated to your estate, one of our best-performing formats
  • Six Reels across the season, one per tasting, plus a TikTok on how you farm
  • A Moon & Wine pairing post built around one of your wines each season
  • All photography and video from the six evenings, yours to reuse on your own channels
  • Quarterly reporting on reach, guest numbers, and audience response
36 bottles No fee. Six bottles per tasting, across six tastings.

How This Works

No Fee, Either Way

You send the wine. We pour it, tell the story, and document the evening. Nobody invoices anybody.

What we get out of it is wine we believe in on the table and a producer worth writing about. What you get is a room that leaves knowing your name, and everything below.

The Wine List, Twenty-Four Hours Later

The morning after every tasting, guests get the full list of what they drank with a link to buy each bottle. Most people mean to look a wine up and never do; this is the email that closes that gap while the evening is still fresh.

We take no commission on those sales. The link points at you, your UK importer, or wherever the wine is easiest to buy.

What Sponsorship Buys

The room and an honest introduction. Not a review. We tell guests when a wine has come to us from the producer, because they trust us to be straight with them and that trust is the only reason this room is worth pouring into.

In practice this has never been a problem: we only say yes to wine we would happily pour anyway.

The Fit

Who We Work With

We are specific about this, so it saves us both a conversation.

Biodynamic & Organic

Certified Demeter or Biodyvin is ideal, but we also work with producers farming biodynamically without the paperwork. What matters is that the farming is real and you can talk us through it.

Women Winemakers

Women in Wine is a recurring series and the pipeline is always open. If you make the wine yourself, or you run the estate, we would like to hear from you.

Importers & UK Agents

Yes, get in touch. If you represent a producer who fits, we would rather hear from you than not. Tell us which one and why.

Not a Fit

Conventional wine, "clean wine" branding, and anything where the sustainability story is a marketing layer rather than a farming practice. The guests would spot it.

Somewhere in between? Tell us about the farming and let us decide together.

Let's Pour Together

Tell Us About Your Wine

We will come back within a week with a suggested evening, a moon phase, and what it would look like.
