About — Vino Cosmo
Melissa Rosa, founder of Vino Cosmo

Hi, I'm Melissa Rosa, founder of
Vino Cosmo

Wine is more than a beverage. It's a vessel for connection, reflection, and cosmic alignment.

Vino Cosmo was born from a simple belief: that the way we drink wine should feel as intentional as the way biodynamic winemakers grow it — in rhythm with the earth, the seasons, and the moon.

What started as an experiment, a tasting timed to the full moon in my flat, became something bigger. Guests didn't just come for the wine. They came for the ritual, the connection, the feeling that something meaningful was happening in the glass.

Now we host curated tastings every new and full moon across London. Each evening opens with what biodynamic winemaking actually means, then moves through wines paired with intention-setting, affirmation card pulls, and astrological insights — themed to the current moon phase and zodiac sign, so no two gatherings are the same.

What we stand for

Our values

Intentionality

Every wine, every ritual, every gathering is curated with purpose. Nothing is an afterthought.

Sustainability

Biodynamic farming respects the earth. We mirror that ethos in everything we do.

Connection

We foster meaningful connections — to ourselves, to each other, and to the natural world.

Cosmic Curiosity

We embrace the mystery of the moon, the stars, and the terroir with open minds and open glasses.

The wine behind the ritual

What is biodynamic wine?

Biodynamic winemaking goes beyond organic. It treats the vineyard as a living organism, guided by lunar and planetary cycles. Planting, pruning, and harvesting follow the rhythms of the moon — the same rhythms that guide every Vino Cosmo tasting.

We open every event by explaining this, because most people have never heard the word before they walk in. By the end, it clicks.

Planted by the moon. Poured by the moon. The wine and the ritual run on the same calendar.
From my flat to across London

We've poured at Finley's, ELK Cafe, Lume, and Lower Wine Bar, collaborated with Free People, and worked with biodynamic producers whose wine deserves a bigger room. Every tasting sells on the strength of the wine and the night around it.
