New moon in Libra. Libra is the sign of balance, ruled by Venus, so it cares about proportion and pleasure in roughly equal measure. New moons are where you begin something and this is a good one to begin gently.
45 minutes on the mat and 10 minutes meditation with Connie, then three biodynmic wines at the table with Melissa.
