Bring the Moon to Your Group
From corporate team experiences and in-store brand activations to milestone birthdays and hen parties, we bring a biodynamic wine tasting to your people — three to four wines from small growers, timed to the moon, in a room that ends the night having named what they want to call in — or, under a full moon, what they are ready to let go of.
Where's it happening?
The room decides everything else — which package fits, how the wine works, and what the evening costs you in total. There are three versions.
A space with no wine in it
An office, a home, a meeting room, a studio, a community space. We build a wine list for your group and the moon phase, and you buy the bottles yourself, from whatever merchant you like. You buy at the merchant's own price, direct from them. If you would rather not chase it, we can source the same wines on our trade accounts at cost plus 20%, which still comes in under retail.
A bar, a shop, a wine fair
You already have the room, the bottles and the people. Melissa turns up and hosts, having read up on every wine you have chosen beforehand. This one is for the wine trade.
We'll introduce you to one
Tell us the date, the number, and roughly what you want the night to be, and we will introduce you to a London venue partner. You book their private room and buy their wine directly from them — we read up on everything they pour and build the evening around it. You pay the venue for the room, the wine and any food, at their own rate straight to them. You pay us the hosting fee.
Four Ways to Book Us
Every private tasting includes biodynamic wine education, a moon reading and intention-setting ritual, a guided tasting, and a Wineffirmation Card pull for each guest. Every evening is also photographed and filmed, and you are named in the recap, the newsletter and the Reel — on every tier, at no extra cost. The fee below covers hosting — you buy the wine from a recommended biodynamic list we build for your group and the moon phase, so you keep control of the spend. Prices are for London.

What an evening actually costs
The hosting fee is what you pay us. Here is the rest of the picture, so you can plan the whole night in one go.
The hosting fee
£200 – £950Melissa for the whole evening: the wine list, reading up on every bottle, the tasting, the moon reading, a Wineffirmation Card pull for everyone — and from The Full Experience up, a reading for every guest.
The wine
Yours to buyOne bottle per ten guests, per wine. Four wines for eighteen guests is eight bottles, usually £150 to £250 for the wines on our list. In a venue you buy theirs. Either way the wine is bought at the seller's own price. If you would rather we sourced it, it is cost plus 20%.
The room
Nothing, or the venue's rateYour own space costs you nothing. A partner venue bills you directly, usually as a minimum spend, which your wine and food count towards. We will tell you what to expect before we make the introduction.
The food
The venue's, or your caterer'sFood comes from the venue or your own caterer, and they bill you directly. We will happily tell them what pairs with what.

Booking
A 50% deposit confirms the date, with the balance due on the day. We contract and invoice through Melrosa Creative Ltd, so there is a company behind the booking.
Your numbers
Let us know the final count a week before. If it moves you into the next tier we will tell you in advance, and the wine quantity follows the final number.
The moon phase
If you are flexible on the date, tell us the week and we will find you a moon phase worth having. It costs nothing and it gives the night a theme.
What we need on the night
A table everyone can sit around, glasses if the space has them, and about forty minutes to set up. We bring the cards, the candles and the celestial detailing.

Free People, Chelsea in Bloom
Free People brought us into their Duke of York Square store for Chelsea in Bloom — the largest floral art show in the world, and one of the busiest retail weeks in London. The brief was to give customers a reason to stay in the store rather than pass through it.
We poured biodynamic wine at a communal table on the shop floor, talked guests through what they were drinking, and gave every customer a card pull. Free People bought the wine and paid a hosting fee; we brought the programming, the host and the deck.
We co-created a Wineffirmations deck for the activation — Free People's name on the front, our cards inside, one per customer to take home.

Two more private evenings
The same format flexes a long way — a social night for a dance community and a hen party, both booked as private tastings.
SOS Dance, Camden
SOS Dance booked the whole evening as a social night for their dance community. One long table, biodynamic wine explained from scratch for a group who had mostly never heard the word, and a Wineffirmation card each to take home.
An evening their community could spend together, where nobody needed to know anything about wine to enjoy it.
A hen party
A bride and her group, hosted in partnership with Feminist Wine Bar and booked as a private tasting with a three-card tarot reading for every guest alongside the wine — read at the table, tied to what they were drinking.
The readings were what they talked about afterwards.
Add to Any Tasting
Two things we are asked for most often. Either can be added to any package.
External Tarot Reader
A reader who is not Melissa, working the room all evening so guests get full private readings alongside the wine.
Vino Cosmo Buys the Wine
We hold trade accounts with biodynamic importers, so the same bottles cost you less than they would at retail — even with our handling on top.
